Dr. Olga Uflewska is the Strategy Manager within the Strategic and Emerging Technologies Directorate and joined ORE Catapult in 2023.
As part of her role at ORE Catapult, Olga is involved in a number of activities, including developing the Strategic Growth Areas plans, supporting the SET Directorate with road-mapping activities, collaborating with the Performance & Impact team, as well as Analysis & Insights team on Launch Academy programmes, and many more.
Prior to joining ORE Catapult, Olga worked at the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS). She completed her Engineering Doctorate at the University of Strathclyde in 2021, with her EngD thesis focused on developing a capability management framework for research centres in the manufacturing sector.
