Krasimira Trifonova

Graduate Engineer

Krasi studied Mechanical Engineering at University of Manchester and gained a Masters in Sustainable Energy Systems from University of Edinburgh. Projects in that time included the circular economy of laptops and a strength and fatigue analysis of a novel root attachment method for wind turbine blades.

In her role as Graduate Engineer at ORE Catapult, Krasi is involved in many projects, include designing the test environment and procedures for a prototype blade-climbing robot to validate its ability to inspect for internal damage to the blade.
