We are pleased to announce that ownership of the Wave and Tidal Knowledge Network has transferred to ORE Catapult from The Crown Estate – effective as of today.
We are building a centre of deep technical expertise and industry knowledge in the offshore renewable energy sector, and have committed to a three year plan to continue to host and further develop the Wave and Tidal Knowledge Network.
As we aim to be at the forefront of knowledge management for the sector, we have agreed with The Crown Estate that ORE Catapult is best placed to continue to grow the content, functionality and value of the website for the industry.
Going forwards, we plan to expand the network and develop its functionality even further. We would welcome further comments on the website’s usability and functionality. Please respond via the Wave and Tidal Knowledge Network (www.waveandtidalknowledgenetwork.com).
Both ORE Catapult and The Crown Estate are committed to supporting the growth of the wave and the tidal energy industries and we believe the sharing of knowledge via the Wave and Tidal Knowledge Network will help achieve this.
The Crown Estate will continue to support the Wave and Tidal Knowledge Network as part of an Industry Steering Group for the network.
