Tessa is ORE Catapult’s Floating Wind Business Development manager, focusing on accelerating and growing the Floating Offshore Wind industry.
She is also involved in the National Floating Offshore Wind Innovation Center (FLOWIC) and Floating Offshore Wind Centre of Excellence (FOW CoE). Passionate about new technologies, she helps both developers and the supply chain solve challenges by working together.
Prior to joining ORE Catapult, Tessa gained a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and worked in the oil and gas service sector for 16 years, both in business and technology development for the O&M side of the industry. She has experience in operations, technology deployment and both technical and commercial bid writing.
