KAIZEN/CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Continuous improvement – or Kaizen – is a key at ORE Catapult. Kaizen’s philosophy is “change for the better”, not just one time changes, but a culture of ongoing, daily improvements.
We aim to dedicate our ongoing efforts to enhance products, services and processes through small incremental changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality.
The Quality team ensures that any learnings from undesired events are acted upon and clearly communicated throughout the business, in order to foster a culture where all employees are able to consistently identify and implement improvements.
