SPOTLIGHT: THE UK OFFSHORE WIND SUPPLY CHAIN ANNUAL EVENT
The UK Offshore Wind Supply Chain Spotlight is jointly delivered by ORE Catapult and the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP). Spotlight is an annual event that brings together senior political and industry leaders, investors and procurement specialists with many of the UK’s leading supply chain currently benefitting from ORE Catapult and OWGP supply chain growth programmes.
LAUNCH ACADEMY
The Launch Academy is a technology accelerator programme for the offshore wind industry, focusing on near-to-market solutions. It is designed to enhance the UK’s offshore wind supply chain, enable greater UK content and support cost reduction through innovation.
FIT 4 OFFSHORE RENEWABLES
The Fit 4 Offshore Renewables (F4OR) programme is a unique service that has been designed to support the development of an increasingly competent, capable and competitive UK supply chain. It works with companies to support their entry and growth in the industry by assisting them on a journey that builds the tools and knowledge to succeed.
TIGGOR
The Technology, Innovation & Green Growth for Offshore Renewables (TIGGOR) programme was set up to support the acceleration of businesses in the North of Tyne and wider North East England region. The programme is designed to boost supply chain growth and productivity in the region’s offshore wind industry and is funded primarily by the North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA).
OFFSHORE WIND GROWTH PARTNERSHIP
The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) is a £100 million long-term business transformation programme, established as part of the UK Offshore Wind Sector Deal and funded by the Offshore Wind Industry Council (OWIC), to accelerate growth in the UK’s offshore wind supply chain.
FLOWB
FLOWB is a strategic Floating Wind Supply Chain Acceleration Programme, funded by Innovate UK. FLOWB is helping UK SMEs to establish links and commercial opportunities in the United States and helping to accelerate the research and development phases of their Floating Offshore Wind Supply Chain technologies.
