Funded by the North East Combined Authority (NECA) and delivered by ORE Catapult, the programme is an evolution of the methodology and structure of the TIGGOR programme.

 

Building upon the six years of supply chain support delivered as part of the TIGGOR programme, NEOWIND is designed to provide holistic technical and commercial support to businesses developing innovative products for the offshore wind sector in North East England.

 

The programme will be delivered over the course of three years (April 2026 – March 2029) with support available to the entire North East England region (Northumberland, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Gateshead, Sunderland & County Durham).
