Alan joined the Catapult in December 2014 as a senior project coordinator before moving into his Project Manager role in the summer of 2018 based on but not limited to robotics and autonomous systems. His projects deliver commercially challenging yet highly collaborative outputs with participation across the renewables industry.
His responsibilities include generating deliverables and value output across projects, ensuring that the work is progressed by others and that deadlines are met, and creating and maintaining project delivery schedules. He is also responsible for Operations & Performance directorate management reporting.
Prior to joining ORE Catapult, Alan worked for 10 years in project management and implementation roles within the outsourced payroll and HR software platform industry.
