Paul joined ORE Catapult in 2013 and is the Programme Manager for the Marine Energy Engineering Centre of Excellence (MEECE).
Paul has over 20 years of experience in technology transfer and commercialisation, working with academics from the UK and Europe; with private companies in the UK, the USA and Europe; and with private individuals. He co-founded a consultancy which led a high-tech university spin-out, now AIM-listed, and has authored and co-authored many patent applications, and negotiated licensing agreements with multinational companies. Paul is a physicist by training, but an engineer by inclination.
