Irene is PR Manager within the ORE Catapult communications team.
She joined the team in 2022 after working as a Communications Manager for tidal energy company, Nova Innovation. Before working in offshore renewable energy, Irene worked as a senior policy and parliamentary officer, a researcher at the Scottish Parliament and a senior journalist.
Irene is passionate about communicating the exciting and innovative work done at ORE Catapult to the outside world, so that our contribution on the road to net zero is understood and impactful across trade and industry, Government and policy influencers, the business community and the wider public.
