Lynne is a Programme Manager for the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP), focusing on Business Transformation Programmes, supporting companies to increase competitiveness and productivity in the Offshore Wind Sector. She is passionate about improvement and helping supply chain companies realise their full potential and meet their ambitions. She leads the WEST (Wind Expert Support Toolkit) and Sharing in Growth Offshore Wind Programmes, and also supports the delivery of the National F4OR Programme cohort.

Prior to joining OWGP, Lynne accrued extensive experience working in the manufacturing sector, leading process improvement, new product introduction and research and development projects in the Aerospace industry. With an eye for detail and lean process development, she transitioned from industry into the High Value Manufacturing Catapult where she led forging, powder metallurgy and general manufacturing research projects in the Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Automotive sectors. Lynne is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and takes pride in mentoring developing engineers through Incorporated and Chartered development routes. She is also a member of the Association of Project Management and is working towards chartership. Lynne enjoys engaging with and encouraging the next generation of engineers and scientists as a STEM ambassador and has provided guest lectures in the practical application of Continuous Improvement at The University of Strathclyde for the past three years.
