Fit For Offshore Renewables (F4OR) is an award-winning programme from the Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult, created to help UK businesses get ready to compete for work in one of the country’s fastest-growing industries – offshore renewable energy.

It’s a journey of practical business improvement and sector-specific capability building. Built around a proven process that takes most companies around 18 months to complete, F4OR pairs every participant with expert advisors who guide and support them at each step. To make sure recommendations turn into real change, each company commits its own time, resource and senior management backing.

Companies that complete the F4OR programme and are deemed ready to win industry contracts are awarded ‘Granted’ status. Since F4OR began in 2019, 81 companies have now received ‘Granted’ status.
