The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) welcomes UK supply chain companies and potential new market entrants to join a virtual briefing on their latest Grant Funding and Business Transformation opportunities.
The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) has launched further Grant Funding and Business Transformation Programme opportunities for 2021, offering up to £4.2m of support to companies in its latest opportunities.
The OWGP is seeking submissions to the two following programmes:
Development Grants Funding Call – The Development Grant Funding call is offering £3.5m of funding for projects to help companies to improve their competitiveness or increase capability and enable a step-change in their growth. The funding competition aims to encourage more businesses into the offshore wind supply chain by helping to overcome barriers to diversification, and for UK companies already working in the offshore wind sector to grow their market share through increased competitiveness and development of new products or services.
The Wind Expert Support Toolkit (WEST) Programme – Following on from the success of the WEST Pilot Programme, OWGP are back with a refreshed WEST Programme offering £700k of support. WEST is a low intensity foundation intervention activity which aims to support growth of offshore wind supply chain companies through specialist advice, market intelligence and business planning delivered through Expert Delivery Partners.
